In the production process of cone crusher, sometimes due to some special reasons, the rotating speed of the moving cone suddenly increases, the equipment vibrates violently, the safety spring bounces, the working current increases instantly, and the return temperature rises sharply, so that the equipment cannot operate normally. This is the common fault flying of cone crusher. So what are the reasons for flying? How to solve the flying of cone crusher?
Why does the cone crusher have the "flying" phenomenon?
The dustproof device of the cone crusher fails, or the closure is not tight, and some dust enters the oil circuit of the lubricating oil, resulting in poor lubrication between the bottom of the crushing cone and the spherical bearing, and between the pump cone and the eccentric sleeve. The oil temperature of the lubrication system continues to rise, the viscosity decreases, and dry friction occurs, which will cause flying. There are two main reasons for the flying of the cone crusher:
Due to poor lubrication, the spherical surface of the moving cone and the bowl-shaped tile are abnormally worn, resulting in the decline of the overall assembly of the moving cone, which reduces the gap between the moving cone and the copper sleeve. Finally, the copper sleeve is deformed, and the main shaft is partially in contact with the inner hole of the copper sleeve.
The clearance between the main shaft and the inner hole of the same sleeve is too small, so that the same sleeve holds the main shaft, and the main shaft rotates at high speed with the eccentric sleeve.
Solutions to cone crusher flying:
1. If the flying is caused by the failure of the lubricating oil, you should select a suitable lubricating oil for the cone crusher according to the instructions. Pay attention to the two indicators of viscosity and fluidity. You can also install a water seal dustproof device to check the tightness of the retaining ring and the annular retaining ring to prevent dust from entering the oil circuit of the lubricating oil.
2. It is caused by the small clearance between the moving cone of the spring cone and the main shaft bushing. In this case, we must fix the main shaft bushing and the eccentric sleeve to prevent the two from relative movement. We must also ensure the assembly clearance of the inner and outer holes of the main shaft bushing so that the main shaft and the main shaft bushing are in contact along the entire length.
