1. Construction period

The construction period is long. For projects with relatively concentrated crushed stone consumption, fixed combined crushing and screening equipment should be selected; for projects with short construction periods and relatively dispersed crushed stone consumption, especially long-term projects such as highways, mobile combined crushing and screening equipment is suitable.

2. Stone specifications

If the stone raw materials are more complex and the stones are of different sizes, pre-screening equipment is required; if the finished product size is larger, a larger screen size should be used.

3. Stone properties

Stones are relatively hard, so screens with strong wear resistance should be used; stones are corrosive, so screen materials with strong corrosion resistance should be used.
