1. The cleanliness and mud content of sand are one of the reasons for the decline in the output of sand washing machines. During the cleaning process, the sand washing machine should avoid impurities affecting the cleaning effect of the finished product. In addition, it is necessary to prevent hard materials from entering the machine, causing wear and tear on the equipment and reducing the service life.

2. The liquid level is too low and the cleaning effect cannot be achieved; the liquid level is too high, which wastes water resources and fails to achieve the * cleaning effect, which is easy to cause ore overflow. The amount of material cleaned at one time must be within the specified range, otherwise it is easy to malfunction.

3. The ore concentration is the main factor that needs to be adjusted during the operation of the sand washing machine. It is related to the classification particle size and the processing capacity under the particle size.

The processing capacity of the sand washing machine reaches its maximum at the critical concentration. The critical concentration is related to the specified classification particle size and varies with the density and mud content of the ore. The higher the ore density or the lower the mud content, the higher the critical concentration, and vice versa. The relationship between the critical concentration and the classification particle size is the same as the mud content, that is, the lower the classification particle size, the smaller the critical concentration.

Fourth, the production capacity of the sand washing machine is related to the properties of sand and gravel, including the hardness, density, mud content, and particle size of the sand and gravel materials. For example, factors such as uneven sand and gravel materials and their own different properties may affect the processing capacity of the sand washing equipment. The material density is proportional to the production capacity of the sand washing machine. The influence of the mud content and ore size is mainly reflected in the viscosity of the slurry. Reducing the viscosity and increasing the settling speed of the mineral particles will improve the processing capacity and classification accuracy of the sand washing machine.

7. Before the machine is operated, the equipment should be carefully inspected in many aspects:

(2) Check the firmness of the anchor bolts connecting the equipment, and tighten the loose bolts. Make sure the stability of the connection between the various components of the equipment, especially the tightness of the screws.

(3) During operation, the oil level of the reducer should be checked in time, the gear transmission of the equipment should be kept in good meshing, and the gear transmission belt should be ensured to be free of wear and damage.

(4) The feeding of the equipment should be ensured to be continuous and uniform, not too much or too little, which will lead to incomplete and insufficient material cleaning.

(5) Each rotating bearing and reducer should ensure that the lubricant is sufficient and clean. At the same time, it is necessary to select a suitable lubricant for addition. The lubricant of the reducer should be replaced on time after one month of use. During the replacement process, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment bearings and the addition pipeline are clean to prevent the lubricant from being contaminated.

(6) The sand washing machine should be cleaned in time after use, otherwise it will easily cause pipeline blockage over time.

(7) Regularly observe the wear of the internal part of the sand washing machine. If it is found that the parts are worn to the point of affecting production operation, they must be repaired or replaced in time.
