How to lubricate the cone crusher

Chat OnlineLubrication is the * important point in the maintenance of the cone crusher. The lubrication is not in place. The damage to the cone crusher is very large. This will increase our operating cost. How to do the lubrication work?
1. The cone crusher can be started only after the lubrication system is running and the lubricating oil is returned to the oil storage tank.
2. Whether it is summer or winter, the cone crusher should be operated to raise the temperature of the oil. The return temperature must be between 39 °C and 54 °C. The cooling system will keep the oil temperature within the safe operating range. Therefore, a suitable type of lubricant must be used to ensure good operation of the crusher.
3. Before the filter is put into operation for the * time, it should be tested for liquid leakage. When opening or closing the valve to control the flow of lubricating oil through the filter, care should be taken to prevent liquid leakage in the lubrication system pipeline, in order to ensure high filter. Working efficiency, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches 138 kPa, the filter element must be replaced.
4. The water in the cooler should be drained when parking in winter.
5. Never disconnect the power supply of alarm devices such as resistive temperature detectors and pressure transmitters.
6. All pressure in the pump must be drained before disassembling the lubrication pump unit.
