1. Installation of the lower frame
The installation of the lower frame is the basis for the installation of the equipment. First, install the lower frame on the foundation. The equipment and the foundation should be consistent during installation. Due to the secondary grouting, a gap of no less than 30mm should be kept between the base of the lower frame and the foundation. Tighten the anchor bolts after the secondary grouting to ensure the stability of the equipment.
2. Installation of the transmission part
The installation of the transmission part is related to the operation of the equipment. Therefore, during installation, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the centers of the two copper sleeves should always be kept on the same horizontal line without deviation. The radial clearance between the copper sleeve and the shaft should also be strictly kept within a certain range according to the instructions of the equipment manual. When installing the transmission shaft, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of gaskets between the flange of the transmission housing and the frame to adjust the position of the bevel gear to meet the product design requirements.
3. Installation of the eccentric shaft sleeve. Special attention should be paid to the installation process to protect the smoothness and integrity of the friction surface of the babbitt alloy layer. Check whether the tooth * clearance meets the requirements after installation. If abnormalities are found, they should be corrected in time. The size of the gap can be adjusted by changing the number of adjustment gaskets.
4. Installation of the middle frame The installation of the middle frame needs to be calibrated through the upper flange of the lower frame. Before installation, make sure that the gaps between the flanges where all cones are in contact are equal, and the error should be less than 0.5mm. The gap between the upper and lower joint surfaces is generally about 15mm. During installation, make sure that the pins are tightened. After the machine has been running under load for a period of time, tighten the pins one by one again to make all the pins on the circumference bear force evenly, strengthen their stability, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
5. Installation of the crushing cone and the crossbeam There are two ways: (1) Installation of the crushing cone separately Use the lifting ring on the shaft to lift the crushing cone into the frame, then place wooden pads on the ribs at the bottom of the frame to support the cone, then install the crossbeam, and install the nut and jacket on the upper end of the main shaft, and *ly install the cap, and then remove the wooden pads and wooden wedges. (2) Install the crushing cone and the crossbeam together. Install the crossbeam and the crushing cone in a special pit in advance, and then install them together in the frame. When lifting the crushing cone and crossbeam assembly, pay attention to the lifting method. It must be hung on the crossbeam with a wire rope to prevent accidents during the lifting process. The crushing wall of the crushing cone must be pressed tightly to prevent loosening. Before pressing, apply dry oil to the lower space of the fixing ring (pressing plate) and the matching bolts to prevent rust or corrosion, which will affect the life of the equipment.
