Hydraulic Discharge Port Adjustment
Stepless Adjustment: The hydraulic pump controls the lifting and lowering of the movable cone through forward and reverse rotation to achieve stepless adjustment of the discharge port size, with a wide adjustment range (such as the discharge port of a single-cylinder cone crusher can be adjusted to 54mm~32mm), which can meet the needs of different particle sizes.
Precise Control: During the adjustment process, the magneto-displacement sensor provides real-time feedback on the position of the movable cone to ensure the accuracy of the discharge port size and avoid capacity reduction or overload caused by size deviation.
Over-Iron Protection and Automatic Clearing
Hydraulic Overload Release: When unbreakable objects such as iron blocks enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system automatically releases pressure and the movable cone retreats to avoid equipment damage; after the fault is eliminated, the hydraulic system automatically resets without manual intervention.
Automatic Clearing Function: Before s*ping, the hydraulic pump reverses to the bottom to remove residual materials in the crushing chamber to prevent the solidification of the material from affecting the next start-up.
3. Maintenance convenience: modular design and quick maintenance
Simplified structure and modularization
Single-cylinder hydraulic structure: Compared with spring cone crusher, single-cylinder cone crusher has only one hydraulic cylinder, which is simpler in structure, lighter in weight, and easier to transport and install.
